A Digital Facelift
Tony Austin is an experienced Shiatsu practitioner and Qigong teacher working in London and Brighton. He reached out to me initially to help improve his email processes within his business. It was clear that improving his email was important, but his website as a whole was damaging his brand.
Tony had an archaic non-responsive website, difficult to manage and difficult to navigate. We worked together to build a site that would get him found on Google, and make people convert once they got there. The aims were to demonstrate Tony’s significant experience and knowledge, to communicate and reassure potential clients that this man really is a guru when it comes to fixing your body and mind. We restructured and wrote more content, and ensured user journeys were focussed on converting.
In rebranding, we created an identity that would separate Tony Austin Shiatsu from competitors: moving away from the stereotypical imagery of Eastern therapies, and focussed on appealing to people who live and work in the city.
